フルマラソンを4時間台で走ることを主眼においた本です。坂本さん同様、ペースを守ること、事前・事後のケアが大切とのこと。 あと、レース前の食事について触れているのが参考になりました!

I do jogging when I have free time. This book is informative in many point for me. 1.be sure to avoid going too fast in races. 2.good chemistry between running shoes and socks is important. 3.to get good running form, you should keep your pelvis high and gravity center of your body should not lean. To check your form, skipping is useful.
