#organs of locomotion need optimal burden to keep working well. I learned that early rehab is mandatory for elderly patients who were admitted to hospitals with stroke and so on.
#I learned about the physiology of walking. The part was interesting and quite informative.
#this is a basic textbook of orthopedics. I learned about lumbar canal stenosis, femoral neck fx, and so on.

ロコモの定義、病態、関連する整形外科疾患、予防法についてひととおり説明してある。読みやすいが、安っぽい本ではある。
